Updated Folders and Art Theft

Hello everyone! I've updated the folder so that everything can be a little more organized. Right now it's just separated in Digital and Traditional art, but let me know if you guys think there should be more.

Also, we recently had an issue with a user submitting art that wasn't their own. I just want it to be clear that art theft in any way, shape, or form will NOT be tolerated. It will result in your art being removed and you will be banned.
